If you would like a licence to share tools from a CIPD Toolkit with colleagues via your intranet or server we need to know how many staff will have access to the tools, and how many Toolkits you would like to use.  We will then let you know how much this will cost.

Please note that rights or permissions queries relating to People Management magazine should be directed to 0207 324 2729.

We aim to reply to all queries within four weeks, but this may increase during busy periods. Please also note that, in the case of permissions, we may charge you for the use of our material.

When contacting us with a query, please ensure that you have the following information:

• title of CIPD book
• author
• ISBN
• year of publication
• edition

• page number of extract
• in the case of a quote, the number of words being reproduced
• in the case of a figure or table, the title and number

If you are mailing your query to us, then it would be useful if you could send a photocopy of the extract or figure.

We will also require the following information regarding where the material will be reproduced:

• the format in which the material will be reproduced (eg book, course pack, website, CD Rom, etc)
• in the case of a book or other hard copy product
• estimated print run
• selling price
• publication date
• the sales territory
• in the case of electronic products
• estimated number of users
• how material will be used (eg freely available, password protected, charged for download)
• selling price
• publication date
