'I'm very proud of the fact that our employees feel that ASDA is a great place to work. The commitment they give us in return makes a huge impact on the bottom line. Following the advice in Judith's book won't be easy, but treating your people with respect is the only way to run your business.'
David Smith
People Director
ASDA
'Judith's book is full of fascinating insights into how great companies function and what makes them employers of choice. I felt as if I had been allowed access to "behind closed doors" of a number of organisations and the experience left me thinking I really want to share these ideas with colleagues with a view to revisiting "how we do things around here". It's a book I can really use.'

'This book is as relevant to organisations striving to deliver excellent public services as it is to profit-motivated businesses. Judith shows how an organisation can enable individuals willingly to give extra effort in order to secure marked impact on service delivery.'
