Malcolm Martin
Malcolm Martin has been involved in the design and delivery of Certificate in Personnel Practice programmes since 1993. His experience covers a range of sectors from care, education and manufacturing, to polymers, chemicals and steel. He has held middle management positions in industrial relations, project management and human resources.
Malcolm is also Managing Director of Employer Solutions Ltd, specialising in the preparation of online policies and procedures for small and medium sized organisations and delivering training and consultancy services in employment practices.Fiona Whiting
Fiona Whiting is a freelance HR consultant. Fiona has many years of experience as a generalist practitioner in the public sector and as a freelance practitioner working across the public, voluntary and private sectors. She has held a number of Board level HR Director posts within the NHS.
