Customer reviews

'The style is good, readable and clear. Having read all the chapters in succession the style kept my attention very well...I think this book meets a need and is well written and accessible. I like the examples provided to illustrate each aspect and these really bring to life the particular issues being discussed.'
Marilyn Farmer
Senior Lecturer
Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College

'The book is very competently written and presented with a wide subject coverage. It tackles some interesting topics that other books fail to address. The balance between theory and practice is one of the books key strengths.'
