1.) Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. All those who join the CIPD as Affiliate members or re-join the CIPD, other than as a student Member, between 00.00 6 June 2012 and– 23.59 13 June 2012 are eligible for entry into the prize draw for a Jubilee Hamper from Fortnum and Mason.
2.) Employees of the CIPD or CIPD Enterprises Limited, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3.) The winning names picked are final and no correspondence will be entered into. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. No purchase necessary.
4.) The winner will be drawn at random on 14 June 2012 from all entrants by the closing date. The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a SAE to Lauren Clegg, CIPD, 151 The Broadway, Wimbledon, SW19 1JQ.
5.) The CIPD reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the CIPD.
6.) The winners will be contacted using the details provided when they join or rejoin. Contact efforts will be made for a maximum of one week and, if unsuccessful, they will forfeit the prize.
7.) Management and discretion of the prize draw is at the discretion of the CIPD. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the CIPD and accordingly the CIPD may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the CIPD as a result thereof.
8.) The CIPD has no control over the quality of the prize.
9.) The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
10.) The CIPD shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused including but not limited to indirect, direct or consequential loss or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
