The forms you'll need to apply for Chartered Member
After you have confirmed your eligibility, you'll need to complete and return the following forms to apply to upgrade to Chartered Member:
- Chartered Member upgrade application form.
- 2 x Colleague feedback forms (Support 3a to be completed by your line manager or a recent client and Support 3b to be completed by a colleague).
- Upgrade fee payment form (the non-refundable fee to upgrade to Chartered Member is £60).
- Please return the above, including your current CV.
Please note that recent Graduates are eligible for one free application to upgrade to Chartered Member, if done within a year of receiving their Graduate member certificate.
