There’s no better way of achieving immediate recognition amongst the HR community and with your colleagues and peers than by winning The People Management Award. It’s also an accolade that reflects on your organisation, helping to raise its profile with customers, partners, suppliers and future employees.
The overall winner of The People Management Award receives a specially commissioned sculpture hand crafted by Robert Erskine an internationally renowned, award-winning artist. Category winners will also receive a memento to note their achievements.
The bronze sculpture presented to the overall winner has been specially commissioned. This unique and distinctive piece of art symbolises the essential ethos of the award, namely people working together to achieve a successful business outcome. It will be created by award-winning sculptor Robert Erskine, who is a Fellow of the Royal Society of British Sculptors and whose work is internationally renowned and celebrated. The winner will keep this original piece of art to showcase their achievement publically in their chosen office location (previous winners have done so and have installed this as a key feature in their reception and or main meeting place).
In previous years, the Award has been highlighted on Newsnight and Radio 4, as well as in the Financial Times and The Guardian. Naturally, there’s also detailed coverage in People Management, which is a regular read amongst your professional peers. Roberts’s masterpiece will be showcased, on display at the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition on the day following the award presentation and following the event it will also be showcased on both CIPD and People Management websites.
