Robert Erskine created the original bronze sculpture. It conveys the notion of people working together to break through barriers and maximise their own potential in the workplace and, in doing so, to realise clear business benefits. It demonstrates that the way we manage the skills and contributions of the people we employ is the key to sustained success.
Every year a unique sculpture is created epitomising the essence of "people, life, rhythms and direction". Each sculpture is created from bronze without any castes and takes between twelve and sixteen weeks to create.
