Our journals cover national and international trends and developments in personnel, training and related fields. The collection ranges from newsletters to academic research journals, and includes a selection of journals published outside the United Kingdom. We have about 150 journal titles in printed format in the Library, and many more available online.

Our alphabetical list of all the journals we have in the Library, including titles which have ceased publication or are no longer received.
Subject to copyright regulations, we sell photocopies to members of any journal article we have in the Library. Our Library FAQs have more information on purchasing photocopies.
Some back copies of journals are stored off-site and while photocopies can be provided from these, there will be a one working day delay to recall them.

Online journals
CIPD members have access to an online journals database hosted by Ebsco Information Services. This service allows free access to full text articles from around 320 business and management journals, though some titles have a full text delay of 12 months due to publisher restrictions. Many of the journals have extensive back runs.
