Stephanie joined the CIPD as Director of HR Capability in April 2009, and was a non-executive director of CIPD Enterprises Ltd from 2007 until she joined the Institute. She has had an extensive career in human resources, most recently as Vice President of HR at BP plc, responsible for talent and organisation capability. She previously held senior HR roles at ICI, Dell Corporation and KPMG, and also ran her own HR consultancy.

Stephanie holds a 1st class honours degree in chemistry from Liverpool University and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
