Our committee is run by volunteers who are elected every year in May at our AGM. If you are interested in learning more about our activities or would like to get involved please do get in touch.
The Birmingham Branch is one of the largest in the country with a membership that stands around 2400 of which 150 are Companions/Fellows, 600 Members and 400 Graduates.

Win 2 one day tickets to the CIPD's Annual Conference & Exhibition in Harrogate!
How to enter:
Simply turn up to our next event at the University of Birmingham on July 8th (details available on our events page) and scribble your name on a slip of paper and throw into our hat! Alternatively you can send an email to cipdcomp@gmail.com with your contact details and CIPD membership number before 8pm on July 7th and will will write your name on a slip and enter for you!
The first two slips to be pulled out of the hat on the evening will be awarded 1 ticket each. The conference runs from the 16th to 18th of September - winners will be able to attend free for one day only.
Rules of the competition:
- This competition is only open to CIPD Birmingham branch members.
- Any email entries we receive via the website before 8pm the previous day of the prize draw will have a slip added to the hat for them.
- Members can only enter once
- The free prize tickets must be used by the individual who won them and they cannot be exchanged for money.
- The 2 individual's who win the tickets will be required to write a short article (no more than 200 words) which may then be included in the branch newsletter.
- The tickets provided are for one day only
- Winners are expected to make their own way to the conference
