Doug Shaw, Founder of What Goes Around.

Doug Shaw is an experimenter and facilitator. He runs the consultancy firm What Goes Around, which uses conversational and collaborative techniques to help companies make work better so that in turn, they can deliver better service. Prior to setting up the business in 2009 Doug spent 12 years at BT in sales before moving into CSR, change management and employee engagement. Doug writes the HR blog Stop Doing Dumb Things to Customer, and he also writes for HRZone and other publications. Earlier this year he cut his first record as part of the 2011 Better Bankside Merge Festival, a song about work called Human Resource.
