Event details:

Change your language, inspire your people.

The words we use at work are an opportunity: to surprise, engage and motivate our people.

Which is especially important when we’re involved in finding, developing and motivating future managers and leaders.

Yet all too often the language of HR lets us down: it’s cold, jargon-riddled and processy. It turns people off and turns them away. It’s time we looked at how to fix this.
