As Head of People Transformation at Nationwide Building Society, Marcus leads on the group wide people strategy, directs strategic organisational development interventions and ensures HR is equipped to meet the challenges of an organisation investing in transforming itself for the future. Prior to joining Nationwide in 2007, Marcus held a range of positions in both specialist and partnering aspects of HR across the Lloyds TSB Group.
