Event details:

The current recession has seen a steep rise in the number of employment tribunal claims. Our workshop will provide you with guidance and practical tips on how we advise clients to successfully defend employment tribunal claims. The session will cover all stages of the tribunal process, from preparing your defence, dealing with disclosure of documents and preparing witness statements, to the hearing itself.

The session will be practical, informal and interactive and will be delivered by way of a series of case studies which will focus on key issues for consideration and common problems that arise at each stage of the tribunal process.
