Nick is a Partner undertaking employment law work in Hill Dickinson's Business Services Group. In this capacity, Nick acts both for companies (mainly the UK operating companies of major multi-national companies), and senior executives (including directors of FTSE 100 - FTSE 350 companies, underwriters and investment bankers), in relation to matters such as alleged breaches of fiduciary duty, service agreement disputes, restrictive covenant issues and discrimination claims.

Nick has acted in numerous such very high value employment claims. Nick has also written extensively and is the author of "Trade Union Law and Collective Employment Rights", as well as being a section editor for Sweet & Maxwell and Tolley in relation to various of their encyclopedias."
