Originally from an HR generalist background and having been an expat herself, Sandi is now a specialist in Global Mobility and advises HR teams on relocation best practice. Sandi’s knowledge and experience has been developed specifically in the Europe, Africa and Middle Eastern regions. Sandi is MCIPD qualified.

This seminar will focus on some of the key issues currently facing International HR teams. It will address the challenges of relocation and staff retention both on and after assignment.

There will be a review of; popular compensation packages, tax considerations, as well as recent immigration updates and co-ordination of third party vendors.
The session will also include an overview of some of the solutions available to help overcome the challenges of relocation.

Open discussion and sharing of ideas/experiences is welcomed.
