Liz has clients in a wide range of sectors including airlines, advertising, information technology and manufacturing, and she also acts for executives. She advises extensively on a wide range of issues, including executive terminations, general employment-related issues such as redundancy programmes, varying terms and conditions and disciplinary matters, and union recognition disputes. She also acts for clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings , appeals to the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Court of Appeal, as well as High Court claims.
Liz heads the employment team's Equality and Diversity group and has extensive experience in the discrimination field. She has written widely on employment law issues in the national press, including The Times, and has appeared on the BBC News and on the radio to comment on topical employment law issues.
