Brenda Lewis is director of the company and has successfully run her consultancy for the past sixteen years. Brenda has over twenty years experience in managing complex projects, supporting organisational change and designing and implementing solutions which impact on business and service improvement.
She has undertaken projects with diverse organisations and specialises in the provision of outcome focused interventions which develop people and organisations.

Gill offers a positive, incisive and empowering approach to people, leadership and organisational development. Her focus is to build on what works and strengths. Her previous career experience includes Digital Equipment, Xerox and British Gas. Her first degree is in Physics from Imperial College and her MBA is from Cranfield. She is a qualified coach and coaching supervisor, and is accredited by the Association of Coaching.
