Diane Sinclair, HR Operations Director, North and West at Cisco Systems

Diane is HR Operations Director for North & West at Cisco Systems, covering the UK and Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Scandinavia. She is also currently filling the role of HR Business Partner for that region on an interim basis. She was previously Employee Relations Director for EMEA.

Prior to joining Cisco, Diane was head of Employee Relations for EMEA at EDS, and worked in public policy for the CIPD and CBI. Diane started her career in academia as a Research Fellow at Glasgow University. Diane’s roles have focused on HR operations and business enablement, CSR, diversity and inclusion, and international employment law and employee relations.
