Nick qualified as a barrister in 1994 and, following work as an in-house lawyer and as a university lecturer specialising in employment law, requalified as a solicitor in 1999. Nick joined Hill Dickinson as a partner in June 2008 having worked in a large, City-based international law firm and been a partner in another London law firm previously.

Nick has acted for numerous multi-national, publically listed corporations as well as public and third sector clients.

Nick's clients include travel sector clients, industrial conglomerates, hotels, media organisations and charities.

Nick is the author of Trade Union Law and Collective Employment Rights (Jordan), an editor of the Sweet & Maxwell Employment Law Encyclopedia, a contributor to Tolley's Employment Law Service and Tolley's Health and Safety Handbook, and a contributor to Upex's The Law of Termination of Employment (Jordan).
