Our aim in this session is to outline a handful of topics that will give you some practical knowledge and skills to apply in your roles, whatever the organisation.

- the three basic reasons why any entity produces financial information in the first place,
- an overview of the main project appraisal techniques that accountants themselves use (and how you can apply them to your own HR projects)
- and some tips on getting the most out of the annual budget process!
And don’t worry, no financial or numerical skills are assumed for this session, just a willingness to learn something new!
