Dealing with pressure is a key part of our everyday working life, with the need to work on urgent tasks and being reactive, we often find ourselves working in a survival mode, but when pressure becomes stress it can impact negatively on performance and on your wellbeing.
This practical session will show you how to build your Inner Resilience, giving you the inner balance of mind and emotions that inform and drive inspired leadership, commercial agility and physical sustainability during pressurised situations.
The Inner Resilience training will help you:
- Transform your physiological response to workplace stress to enable you to quickly re-balance mind, body and emotions so that you can react in your peak performance state.
- Become less reactive, think clearly and creatively to bolster your decision making process under pressure.
- Improve health, stamina and well-being; maintain personal balance and avoid stress and burnout in chaotic, changing and challenging environments.
