Prof Braganza thinks it is time that we changed how we think about change. In this thought provoking session he will take some of the common place change theories and practices and question the assumptions that underpin them. During the session we will discuss if they are still relevant for the 21st Century. Based on Prof Braganza's research we will explore new ideas and options.
