He has advised a wide variety of clients from the information technology, financial services, logistics, automotive, utilities, media, retail, social housing and charity sectors and understands how his clients’ organisations work and what is key to them.


Sally Nesbitt, Associate at Manches LLP

Sally advises a full range of employer clients on all aspects of employment law, including the drafting of employment contracts and policies, advising on dismissals, disciplinary processes, grievances and discrimination issues and on the implementation of redundancy and restructuring procedures. She spends a large proportion of her time representing clients in relation to employment tribunal claims and also works closely with colleagues from other departments to provide support on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and commercial contract negotiations.
