Event details:

From 2012 employers will face substantial new duties with the implementation of auto enrolment and NEST. Apart from the additional administrative and legislative burden, this will also have a potential impact on the employer's overheads and cash-flow. UK employers may choose to view this as an additional levy, or as an opportunity. Whatever the chosen perspective, employers cannot choose to ignore it.

In this presentation we will discuss the new employers’ duties, the staging dates when the legislation comes into force and the various ways in which employers can meet the legislative requirements.

ABOUT - Positive Solutions was founded in 1997 with the aim of helping individual IFAs deliver a more enhanced service for their clients than they could if they worked alone. With over 1,200 IFA Partners, we have grown to be the UK’s largest national IFA, looking after over 650,000 corporate and private clients. We are not tied to any product provider and are free to choose products and services from across the UK financial services market, resulting in 100% independent financial advice.

The London Practice of Positive Solutions are Independent Financial Advisers specialising in employee benefits solutions. For many months now, we have been presenting to and consulting with UK employers on tailored solutions to help them prepare for Auto Enrolment and can provide real value in alleviating the burden of Pensions Reform Legislation, both legislatively and financially
