Barry Rodin has been employed at ECA International for over 25 years. Responsibilities have included:

  • Giving presentations at conferences in Europe, Asia Pacific, South Africa and North America and participating in webinars
  • Creating and delivering training courses
  • Consultancy projects embrace international mobility and pay policy reviews, and benchmarking for international employers in a wide range of industry groups


Barry regularly undertakes policy surveys and research projects, with international employers from all regions participating. The findings are used to publish reports on latest mobility and compensation trends and support ECA’s consultancy services and business development.
