Blair has experience of advising clients in many industry sectors including financial services, particularly private equity and venture capital, media and technology, business process outsourcing, real estate and real estate funds, manufacturing, wholesaling and the energy sector.

He advises many international clients and is recognised for his ability to give pragmatic, commercial advice on UK employment law and for advising on cross-jurisdictional matters such as pan-European change and downsizing exercises.

He has a great deal of experience in advising on the employment aspects of transactions and has particular expertise in the area of TUPE. He also advises on employment disputes, including litigation in the Employment Tribunals and the High Court.

Blair also advises senior executives on their employment arrangements.
