Event details:

As organisations and most importantly HR professionals emerge from the economic crisis, they need to become more agile and flexible. In a constantly changing business world, HR professionals must be able to adapt if they want to establish themselves as true business advisers where they have a lasting impact on their company.

Paul Winter will be discussing an approach for HR professionals, which will enable them to do this. In making this shift, individuals will enhance their market reputation, professional development and ultimately their market value.

Paul will also draw on and discuss his extensive experience, working alongside a number of business leaders and senior HR staff, where he has supported them to become agile and adaptable assets to their organisation. This event will be highly participative; a lively debate is expected and will be encouraged.
