Speaker(s): The session will be lead by Mark Walsh of Integration Training the UK leader in this filed. Mark's qualifications include a degree in psychology, a black belt in aikido and he has delivered work for Virgin Atlantic, the NHS, UNICEF and Sussex CIPD.

An experiential introduction to Embodied Management Training.

  •  Learn what people's bodies reveal about them (great for interviews and training)
  • increase your own personal leadership presence, influence and impact
  • Learn to manage pressure, stress and emotions more effectively
  • Put the Human back into HR!

This leading-edge method of training involves the whole person, particularly physical aspects, for more effective results.

In the session you will explore how posture, breathing and movement can be used to build your personal presence, read others and build working relationships. The training will be useful, interactive and enjoyable.

Suitable for all bodies - no athleticism required! Please wear comfortable office clothes (you may be asked to remove shoes and ties).
