Since the introduction of the ACAS Code of Practice, a large number of organisations are planning to implement mediation into their policies and practices.

A number of questions arise:

How should you engage with key stakeholders?
Where does mediation fit within your current procedures?
What resources do you need to embed mediation within your organisation?
How will you evaluate the effectiveness of mediation?

In this session, we will use a case study to show you the different stages of embedding mediation within your organisation.
