LHRC is one of the leading Human Resources networks in London inspiring, informing and challenging our members.
We provide regular events that offer great speakers on the hottest topics in the world of Human Resources. We also pride ourselves on the excellent networking environment that we have created.
Our members also get a chance to meet and talk to other HR professionals in a relaxed and friendly environment at the networking sessions that precede the main event.
Membership is available on an individual basis. One of the unique
features of the LHRC is that people can join at any stage of their career with LHRC membership assisting with personal development and future career progression.
You do not need to be a member of the CIPD to join the organisation.

LHRC Chair's update
It is hard to believe that we are almost half way through the year already and I do hope that it’s proving to be a successful one for you all. There has certainly been plenty for the HR community to focus on with some quite significant changes in employment legislation, a growing emphasis on employee relations and a return to a focus on talent acquisition and management. And of course the tumultuous changes in the Middle East and elsewhere in the world and the ongoing challenges faced by the coalition of managing the UK’s economy during a period of austerity are continuing to make life interesting for us all.
We have received some great feedback from our members on this season’s programme which we have created to reflect the more topical HR issues of the day and, before the summer break, we have two remaining events which I do hope you will be able to attend.
We are making good progress with our plans for next season’s event which will commence in September and I am pleased to tell you that we have already confirmed some high profile speakers details of which we will be announcing shortly. We would of course be pleased to hear from our members with any suggestions about further topics or speakers for 2012.
We are keen to continue to look at ways of spreading the word about the London HR Connection and encourage broader membership. To this end we have a produced a short video which is now live on our homepage. We feel that it’s a great reflection of the values and benefits of membership of the LHRC.
