Event details:
The whole purpose of any learning and development event is for those attending to go away having learnt something that will improve performance in the workplace. No longer do you need to cross your fingers as they leave the training room! Come with me, back to the design stage and developing learning in such a way that it will be memorable - MASTER it! MASTER is one of the popular models for designing memorable (brain friendly) learning. This session will draw on this model, how it shapes the content of any learning and leave you with some tips for putting it into practise.
