Event details: To mark the festive season, this session is designed to be stimulating and informative, and also fun. It will engage participants in discussion of issues around a topic we generally only discuss as HR professionals when something is wrong – image and dress in the workplace - but it will also create personal interest by encouraging reflection on the image we ourselves wish to project. Included in the session will be discussion and examination of the following:

  • The rules, written or unwritten, of dress in the 21st century workplace
  • How we are influenced by appearance and style of dress
  • Why knowing how to dress in your own style is as important to self- presentation as knowing your MBTI type or preferred team role
  • How both men and women can establish their personal brand through learning about their own unique colour, body shape and clothing style.
