Not considering herself a natural networker, Anne has developed her skills in the past 10 years to support her consulting work. With over 20 years’ experience in learning and development, Anne specialises in designing and delivering tailored development solutions. Her experience includes one-to-one coaching, conducting organisational needs analysis, reviewing and implementing learning and development processes for organisations, as well as delivering a wide range of personal and management development programmes. Past and current clients include organisations from a range of sectors including public bodies, scientific, engineering and IT companies, local authorities, retail, not-for-profit organisations, NHS Trusts, housing associations and police and fire services.
