Marylou is a Director of Wisework Ltd: a consultancy which specialises in flexible and teleworking projects. She has specialised in helping organisations implement flexible working and individuals to achieve work life balance over the last seven years after working as an organisational development and human resource management consultant since 1991, in both the private and public sectors. This followed a successful 15 year career in training and development holding several management roles in both private and public sectors.
Recent clients have included public sector clients the Hertfordshire County Council, Hinckley and Bosworth District Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council as well as private sector clients such as Lloyds of London and Leeds & Holbeck Building Society.
