We are pleased to announce the relaunch of the Woking Group and we would like to say a big thank you to MVA in Woking for offering to host our events for the forthcoming year.
Woking Group meetings this year will focus on the five stages of the employment cycle, specifically focusing on new perspectives.
Our first meeting will take place on Monday 27th October and will focus on stage one of the employment cycle – getting staff, including latest ideas in recruitment and selection.
Subsequent meetings will take place throughout the year as outlined in the group events programme. All meetings will start at 6.30 p.m. for networking and light refreshments; the presentation will start at 7.00 p.m. and finish by 8.30 p.m. The events are free of charge.
In order to ensure the Woking Group is able to deliver interesting and stimulating meetings which are of value to our members, we need to recruit a new committee. Could you help? Please contact our Branch Administrator if you are interested in finding out more about becoming a Group Committee Member. The duties and time commitment are not too onerous. It will also enable you to play a vital role in influencing the direction and future content of the Group’s programme, furthermore it’s great CIPD too!
