New free online practical tools

In the summer newsletter we introduced our series of free practical tools, the first being on engagement. The second tool focuses on developing agility and aligning values, behaviours and purpose to achieve sustained organisation performance.

We'll be publishing two further tools later in the year to complete the series. These will provide practical guidance on building capability and talent, and on making the best use of performance measures and metrics.
