BPE Solicitors' nationally recognised employment team will be briefing CIPD members and clients on the latest developments in employment law at this morning seminar.

The Equality Act 2010 will change the face of discrimination law, protecting the rights of individuals and strengthening the previous legislation. It was envisaged that the Act would come into force in October 2010 however the latest position is that "...the Government is currently considering how the different provisions will be commenced so that the Act is implemented in an effective and proportionate way". In this Seminar BPE will look at what is, and is not, coming into force in October and how employers should prepare."

The event will include the latest case law update.

Refreshments and a light breakfast will be served from 8.30am, with the workshop starting at 9.00am and finishing at 1.00pm.
