Speaker(s): Jill Lang has a background in both public and private sectors, in corporate and smaller organisations. Equality and diversity are high priority aspects for business success and using effective Equal Pay Audit tools to identify and assess risks and deal with them appropriately is an important part of the support she offers to businesses. Jill is a Fellow of CIPD and has contributed to the work of the Gloucestershire Branch Committee for a number of years.

Rebecca Eden is an IT Consultant specialising in Accounting, Payroll and HR Systems with 20 years experience working with companies of all sizes across public and private sectors. Rebecca specialises in data analysis and reporting and has developed a Business Intelligence software tool that analyses data according to equality audit criteria.
Event details:

Increased demands for transparency in pay and justification that pay differentials are not discriminatory make it hard for most HR Managers to provide appropriate evidence. In this interactive session we will explore:

• best practice to comply with The Equality Act 2010;
• meeting the legal requirement for public reporting;
• managing an Equal Pay Audit;
• identifying pay differences;
• managing the risks of pay discrimination.

Teas and coffees will be served before the event at 5.30pm. The event will start at 6.00pm and finish at 8.00pm.
