Event details:
Rickerbys employment team will take you through the Employment Tribunal process - from the day the ET1 lands on your desk to the full hearing, including dealing with settlement, preparation of witness statements and cross examination at the Tribunal.
Delegates will have the opportunity to undertake case studies and will be able to get to grips with what the Tribunal procedure involves and what preparation is required.
Refreshments will be served from 8.30am. The session will start at 9.00am, finishing at 12.30pm when a buffet lunch will be served.
Members: £30.00 plus VAT (£35.25)
Non-Members: £35.00 plus VAT (£41.13)
