Rickerbys employment law team will take us through an update on current employment law, covering recent and future changes in legislation and the impact of recent case law.
The first 30 - 60 minutes will be a general update on legislation and case law and then there will be a practical workshop looking in detail at conducting disciplinary or grievance investigations and some of the legal issues which can arise.
Refreshments and a light breakfast will be served from 9.00am, with the workshop starting at 9.30am and finishing at 12.30pm.
