The Gloucestershire branch has over 350 members including Students starting out, HR/Training and Development professionals at all levels and Consultants with a wide spectrum of specialisms. The needs for CIPD to deliver are as varied and diverse as our membership. We find ourselves in a climate that is “challenging” with HR people often the focus of managing any change, often feeling isolated as they restructure and downsize the business.
