Glen Jenkins, Chief Examiner for Employee Reward. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Glen has been an active participant in the profession as a branch member, associate examiner and external moderator.
Glen's research interest centres on the employment relationship and strategic human resource management. In particular, his research covers areas of reward management, employee participation, management of information in organisations, unemployment and managerial attitudes to human resource management.
Glen started his career in management in the National Health Service and progressed to an academic career at University College, Cardiff, followed by stints at Cardiff Business School and Swansea Business School.
