What does the future look like for learning and development? What are the challenges and changes faced by L&D professionals and how are the needs of ‘Generation Y‘ and knowledge workers driving those?

This event covers these questions and what current research tells us about learning in the future. It will be an interactive session with opportunity to discuss the ideas and explore practical solutions.

Gill Chester has many years experience of working within the education sector with commercial suppliers, practitioners and technical experts. In 2010 she set up her own company ‘Little Man Project’, providing support to training and e-learning providers. She has a Masters in Networked Learning and is a member of a number of Learning Technologies organisations and forums. She also sits on the Association for Learning Technologies (ALT) membership committee.

Tea and Coffee will be available from 6.30 pm for a 7.00pm start.
