Jane is a partner of Wilkin Chapman Grange, Grimsby.  She has extensive experience of complex restructuring, TUPE and redundancy exercises, advising at the highest level in both the private and public sectors.  She is also a highly regarded advocate at employment tribunal.

Her general experience includes handling TUPE transfers, a wide range of redundancy programmes for major employers (including Plcs), Directors' remuneration and termination packages, drafting all types of contracts and policies (particularly in relation to senior employees and directors), vast tribunal experience including defending collective action by unions, sex  and race discrimination claims, major equal pay disputes, disability and stress related claims and the management of employment advice for a wide range of clients.

Jane also provides commercially focused advice at board level in relation to restructuring, changes to terms and conditions and major shift pattern changes.
