Event details:

Leadership strategy to execution

Leading an increasingly diverse, creative, and eclectic workforce is challenging. In an ever-changing business environment, the successful leader is expected to turn uncertainty into inspiration and obstacles into opportunities. That requires creativity and conviction. A position and a job title no longer makes a person a good leader. Leadership is earned. It is no longer sufficient for leaders to largely be in place to prevent the wrong things happening - they must now determine what needs to happen, build innovative and daring strategies and execute them, whilst building the emotional commitment of customers and employees alike.

Learn how prominent leaders in the West of Ireland have successfully engaged, created, shaped and guided within each of their organisations.

This one day conference is devoted to imparting and exchanging ideas about creating and developing leaders drawing on the very experienced line up of successful leaders from the private sector, public sector, multinational and indigenous sectors.
