Contains information about the role and functions of the Commission and the range of advisory and mediation services offered. There are links to information about labour relations and employment law and practices in Ireland.
Houses of the Oireachtas
Provides comprehensive information on the structure and processes of the Parliament of Ireland. Contains the full text of Bills and Acts from 1997 onwards including official translation into Irish. Parliamentary debates are available within 24 hours and debates from 1919 can be accessed.
Office of the Attorney General
Information on the functions, powers and duties of the Attorney General. Includes access to Irish legislation: Acts and SIs of the Oireachtas 1922-2005, and a chronological table of statutes.
Courts Service
Includes information on the Irish courts system, Court Rules, court offices and law terms, plus a legal diary, press releases and legal links.
British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII)
Access to freely-available Irish legal information, including case law. Also has links to similar sites around the world.
Irish Legal Information Initiative (IRLII)
Produced by University College Cork to complement its contribution to BAILII. The most recent Irish cases, statutes and SIs will be found on this site. Has full text Irish Statutes and SIs 1999 onwards; a database of leading Irish cases, arranged by subject and alphabetically; an index of decisions of the Irish High Court, Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeal 1997 onwards. Irish materials on BAILII are also listed on the site.
