We are an energetic group with a variety of activities and events to support our members' learning and development.
Operating as we do in an Island environment we are ideally placed to promote sustainable organisational performance through excellence in HR management. This is particularly important in the challenging economic climate and the island's evolving employment legislation.
We aim:
· To lead in the development and promotion of HR best practice within the island
· To encourage and promote the development of CIPD members
· To provide leadership on all HR issues within the island by influencing government policy and to become a key point of contact on all employment and development issues
· To increase local membership of CIPD and encourage participation
· To work together with CIPD globally to support “One CIPD”
· To provide networking opportunities for members
· To strengthen and grow our relationship with Guernsey CIPD group
