This joint CIPD/ Thomson Snell & Passmore event will be a chance for CIPD members in Kent to understand the tribunal process, experience how a hearing is conducted and see how the outcome is determined.
Thomson Snell & Passmore's employment team in association with barristers from 3 Pump Court Chambers will present a live employment tribunal hearing in front of an employment tribunal. Trial bundles and witness statements will be issued beforehand. After the evidence is heard a tribunal panel will determine the result and judgment will be delivered by a part time employment judge.
